COVID-19 update: ACAC monitoring tonight's Government of Alberta COVID announcement; more info to follow tomorrow morning

Dear Colleagues,

At 4:30 p.m. tonight, Premier Jason Kenney will be making announcements regarding new COVID-19 protocols and/or restrictions for Alberta.

We anticipate that any new or enhanced measures to stem the COVID-19 pandemic in Alberta will come into effect in the next few days.

The ACAC is monitoring the announcement and will be reviewing all public health guidance and actions. We will provide you with information on the potential impact of these new or expanded measures on your clinics and practice on Wednesday morning.

Continue to follow the ACAC COVID-19 Pandemic Practice Directive and any local bylaws or regulations related to public health protocols.
