Final transfer of 50M STX received by Stacks Foundation
In another step toward decentralization, the second (and final) transfer of 50M STX were sent from Hiro PBC's treasury to the Stacks Foundation nonprofit. The treasury is setup to further our mission of a user owned internet through grants, research, and ecosystem development.

Attention App Developers : Stacks 2.0 Mainnet Changes
At the launch of Stacks 2.0, there are a number of changes that may impact existing apps built on the Stacks Blockchain. Hiro PBC's Product Lead Mark Hendrickson shares more in this forum post on what to anticipate with the new changes.

OKCoin to be the first to list STX in the US!
STX tokens are not currently listed on any US exchange. This week OKCoin plans to be the first to list the tokens for trading in the US and to support Stacking, which rewards STX holders with Bitcoin rewards.
